Returns and Exchanges
We understand that buying shoes online is not an exact science, which is why we want to do everything possible to make your shopping experience easy - and enjoyable. You may return or exchange any merchandise as long as it was originally purchased at www.softcomfortshoes.com. If you would like to return or exchange an item that was not purchased on www.softcomfortshoes.com website, please contact the retailer where you made the purchase.
RETURNS ARE SIMPLE.
If you choose to return for a refund, we'll give you one prepaid return-shipping label. Please note that if you choose to use this return label, there is a $7.95 return shipping fee that will be deducted from your return.
- All items returned must be in UNWORN and ORIGINAL condition and include all original tags.
- All original packaging and original shoe box should be included.
- Please send the original shoe box back to us inside the protective shipping packaging.
- Items must be sent back within 30 days from the purchase receipt.
- We will provide you with one prepaid return-shipping label.
- You can also use your preferred shipping carrier to send us back unworn product(s). You will not be charged $7.95 return shipping label if you purchase postage at any post office or parcel shipping location you choose, and send the package to us. It will be your responsibility to ensure that the package is returned to us, and we highly suggest to use traceable shipping method.
- All returns must be shipped to our return facility: Soft Comfort Shoes, c/o Camtrade, LLC; 1740 Massachusetts Avenue, Boxborough, MA 01719 USA.
- Refunds are applied via the original payment method within 3 business days of receipt at our facility.
- Allow 3-5 business days for your credit amount to appear on your bank statement once we receive your return item(s).
- Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse any expedited or international shipping fees added to your original order.
- Returns from the "Buy One Get One" sales: The purchase of two pair is what qualifies you for the discount during our "Buy One Get One" Sale. Accordingly, the discount is deducted from the refund total if either pair is returned. The discount may be retained if an exchange is made at the time of return.
Not the style you expected? Doesn’t fit like you hoped? Don’t worry! If for any reason your order did not work out, you may return or exchange your unworn shoes (in their original packaging) within 30 days of purchase.
For a quick exchange, here’s all you have to do:
Call our customer service line at 877-699-8771. When we ship out your new item, we’ll waive the standard shipping fee. Once your order is returned to our warehouse, we will issue a credit, minus $7.95 if you used our return label, back to the original payment method and we will confirm via email.
